The foundations are in for One and Two Ocean Reach!
We are pleased to confirm that local building contractors WM Construction Ltd will be undertaking the build project to transform Port Light into Ocean Reach! The contract is signed with a start date of 30th September, 2016. The build time is 63 weeks giving a completion date of 22nd December, 2017.
The gardens for One – Seven Ocean Reach have been extended! They will now also have a grassed area as well as a patio inside their enclosed garden.
